Leann White serves as Policy Advocate and Legal Affairs Assistant for Society-First Corporation. She is a dedicated policy advocate, community leader, and mother of five whose work is grounded in lived experience, service, and a steadfast commitment to justice.

With nearly two decades of experience as a healthcare professional, Leann has worked on the front lines supporting individuals and families navigating complex systems with limited access or voice. Her advocacy is driven by the belief that justice must be accessible, humane, and evidence-based, particularly for those unable to advocate for themselves.

Leann’s work focuses on accountability, rehabilitation, and systemic reform, bridging policy, lived experience, and community impact to advance solutions that strengthen both public safety and human dignity. Guided by compassion, perseverance, and a belief in the power of transformation, she champions policies rooted in fairness, responsibility, and restoration—ensuring that no voice is dismissed and no life is deemed disposable.
